Hi. I'm 45 year old female in otherwise good health. Had a URI for past two weeks. Productive cough. Now I have a rattling/gurgling sound with exhalation for past two days. No fever or headache. No chest pain no SOB. Extreme fatigue. Is this something to be seen now (ED or Urgent Care) or wait for my Internist on Monday? Thank you kindly!
