Hi I'm 46 And Have Had Polyps Removed Due To

Hi I'm 46 and have had polyps removed due to excessive bleeding around 3 yrs ago,,since than I have had either prolonged periods or a a month or two with out period....At this time it has now been a little over 3 months since I have had a period...Took a home pregnancy test and was negative...Any feedback would be appreciated...thank you
