Hi. Im 47 going into menopause my doc says. I have gained 50 lbs in last 6 months. Ive never been this weight even when i was pregnant. I have no energy. My body aches all over. Im sodium sensitive and i take a water pill for that. Lately when i wake my new issues are my ankles hurt sometimes before i even get out of bed. Im now getting a funny hard to discribe feeling on my right buttocks. Im very limited in physical activity. I know the old stand by and true abt exercise/ eat healthier, i just cant get started. Like i said i am fatigued so much. Im scared abt bllod clots and more. I take b12 every day. What can i start taking or eating that is natural to help kick start my mind to get my body to kick start on the road to be healthier? There is so much out there but i want truth on help. Im 5'3" and last bravely scale visit i was plump at 195. Most of it is the belly area. Please sugesst something. Yes ive had my physical in May2016. Doc said do sit ups eat better. Thats it. But ive only continued go down hill.. thank u for your time. Ps. Im not looking for a "magic pill " im looking for advise on just getting a healthy kick start. Thank you
