Hi, I'm 51 Female, Diagnosed Diabetic, High Blood Pressure, But

Hi, I'm 51 female, diagnosed diabetic, high blood pressure, but on medication and under control. Former smoker, am overweight but losing and eating right.
Past week or two been having dry heaves followed by dizziness and blurred vision, extreme thirst. I just had one of those episodes 10 minutes ago and right now have tingling in both fingers.
I see my doc regular and just had all kinds of blood work done. (not called to come in, assuming all is good, lol)
Besides going to doc right now, what could this be and what can I do.
