Hi I'm 53 Year Old Woman, Started Feeling Something Was

Hi I'm 53 year old woman, started feeling something was not quite right on my left arm one year ago, and started affecting me not be able to sleep in the night because the pain. Now I can not even reach my back with my left hand and having a difficulty when I put on clothes and jacket. I have gone to see a physio therapist but he has given me accupancture and some massage but it did not work. The pain getting worse and worse everyday especially night time. I was told that I could have a injections to release the pain but it works only a few weeks and have to keep injecting which may end up weak my arms. Can you please advise what is the best options for me.
