Hi I'm 58 and continuously having tightening s in my upper stomach and bloating, very uncomfortable. I have had Helibactor Pylori twice but has now supposedly cleared after antibiotics. So tired to the point I sleep during my breaks at work. Bloods all clear. Hands shake as well.
