Hi I'm 65 Male Type 2 Diabetes. For Several Years

Hi I'm 65 male type 2 diabetes. For several years I've suffered with occasional pain around the bottom left side of the lore abdomen which goes after a few days ,weeks. I've been taken Metformin for 2 months and for the past 5 days I've had the same discomfort and bad diarrhoea for the past 2. I've just noticed a slightly pinkish tinge to some mucus when I used the paper.
