Hi I'm 69 Woman I Have Been Having Pain On

Hi I'm 69 woman I have been having pain on right side of upper chest it is like a jabbing pain and it goes to shoulder down to elbow. I have been having trouble raising my arm also I did not have an injury i have rheumatism in shoulder. Sorry to bother you I didn't know I had to pay so I live on 861 a month and can't pay you so I will end this question. Thank you have a nice day
