Hi I'm 8 Months Pregnant And I Have A Small

Hi I'm 8 months pregnant and I have a small pea size bump near my anus. It's red and soft. It doesn't hurt at all, but I'm kinda worried now because there are little other bumps growing as well. It wasn't a problem until now when I notice one of the bumps began bigger than the rest. I wanted to know if anyone knew what they were?. Or how could I get rid of them!
