Hi. Im 8 Weeks Pregnant And Im Always Using Sanitary

Hi. Im 8 weeks pregnant and im always using sanitary pads because most of the time I have light red to brown stain. Sometimes I experienced mild lower abdominal pain. My doctor advised me to have an ultrasound in the next 3-4 weeks. Havent seen anything on sac yet. I need to clear my mind please help.
