Hi, I'm 81 Yrs Old Woman, And I'm Suffering Severe

Hi, I'm 81 yrs old woman, and I'm suffering severe osteoarthritis inflammations especially on my toes, heel , hands shoulders.I was taking Meloxicom 7.5 mg. but I have severe reaction trouble breaking coughing water retention throat irritation and puffy face. I stop taking it. and the pain is so severe that I'm losing sleep and hard to walk. Is their any medication that I won't have all these side effect.
