Hi, I'm 84, Male, With Nasal Polyps. Had Polyps Removed

Hi, I'm 84, male, with nasal polyps. Had polyps removed twice 30-35 years ago with no problems since until now. Have a separated septum. Have had blocked breathing for past 6-8 weeks and saw nasal doctor who wanted to remove the polyps surgically. Have great deal of difficulty breathing thru nose during the night which results in dry mouth most of the night. Had acupuncture two weeks ago which gave temporary relief. What's my next step?
