Hi I'm 8th Month Pregnant My Tongue Is Tasteless And

Hi I'm 8th month pregnant my tongue is tasteless and developed cracks particularly in mid of the tongue . I'm also experiencing sore taste in my mouth and also some yellowish saliva discharge at the morning at the time of brushing , oral bleeding also taking place every morning while brushing my tooth .
