Hi I'm 9 Wks Post Total Hysterectomy. I Only Have

Hi I'm 9 wks post total hysterectomy. I only have my ovaries. Last weekend I had sex for the 1st time and experienced vaginal dryness and I could not reach an orgasm. I tried using replens as a lubricant but found I had an itchy reaction similar to a yeast infection. Should I go back to my ob/gyn for meds to help with this? Or with time I will be fine?
