Hi, I'm Alexis. I'm 16 And Was Curious If You

Hi, I'm Alexis. I'm 16 and was curious if you could help me with this problem. For a few years I've gone to the doctor due to stomach issues. I was in a lot of pain and had heartburn a lot, so my doctor thought it could be GERD, but that was never fully diagnosed. Then, recently I was diagnosed with Chlamydia in my bladder from another man(not my boyfriend) I took medications, and thought it fully went away. My boyfriend ended up extracting it, as well so he also was treated. It's been a long while since I had sex with my boyfriend because him and I would have to be treated again within 6 months for HIV or any other STD. Instead of having vaginal sex, we thought it would be okay to have oral sex a few weeks ago. Since then my throat has been in extreme pain and it's kind of swollen and has small slits on my tonsils. I was wondering if it could be from the GERD still, oral chlamydia, or something else, such as thrush. I'm very worried and I tried telling my mom it would be best to see a doctor, but she said I'll be fine, but she's sorry that it hurts so bad. But yes, I'm just worried and would really like a clue to what it is and what I should do. Thank you.
