Hi, I'm Katie, I'm 14 years old. I just finished my period, though I left a tampon in for 13 hours by accident about two days ago. I may just be paranoid, but I am afraid of getting TSS. I have a few symptoms like a sore throat, a cough, and diarrhea, but that might be because my mom has a cold which I may have picked up. I am just a little nervous that something serious may be wrong.
