Hi, Im Mary Ann Am Having Body Odor For About

Hi, Im Mary Ann am having body odor for about 4mos. and I dont know why ?
I always pay attention about my hygiene I bath two to three times daily used deo, perfume. But I always end up smeeling bad .
I felt that my back's heat, feel so uncomfortable with it.
Even though wherever I go, when am street, when I travel , all the foul smell around me i feel that it was absorbing by my body.
Can I have some advice , what types of body odor is this?
What are the possible treatment ?
