Hi I'm Natasha I'm Not Sure What My Colonoscopy Report

Hi I'm Natasha I'm not sure what my colonoscopy report means but it says poor bowel prep especially in the right colon they have taken a biopsy but I also seen I had a few black spots in a few areas if you could help out with some info on this I will be very gratefull
