Hi I'm Nicole I Had An C Section On December

Hi I'm Nicole I had an C Section on December 1st 2016 and then was reopen in the same area that I had my c section incision due to having a small whole in my bladder. I'm currently still healing it's been month and seven days now and I was laying on my belly and felt something come out of incision and it was white and hard like a rock should I be concerned
