Hi I'm Safaa, 43 Years Old And Didn't' Get Pregnant

Hi I'm Safaa, 43 years old and didn't' get pregnant or even married, I have h history of hormonal disturbance; short period gaps (repeated every 2 weeks) when I was 34 and I was treated by progyluton for 6 months. recently, that disturbance happened again and continued for the past 3 months with the presence of pain in both ovaries. So should I take the progyluton again. Plz advise.
