Hi, I'm A 14 Year Old Female With Mild/severe Acne

Hi, I'm a 14 year old female with mild/severe acne that is resulting in many mental health issues, I've been on so many topical creams and lymecycline etc etc, my doctor and I discussed me going on dianette, Ive heard that many people take severe mood swings with this and of course the blood clot risk isn't particularly appealing, what do u suggest? Would a normal contraceptive method clear my acne ? If so which?
