Hi I'm a 14 year old girl and I've been getting sick a huge amount this winter. I catch a cold, get over it then within the next week or so, I've got a new one. I'm taking cold medication and being extra careful with washing my hands and not sharing drink and food. My immune system is normally much much stronger than this.
