Hi I'm A 16 Year Old Female And I Am

Hi I'm a 16 year old female and I am running a low grade fever of 99.1 degrees ( my normal temp. Being around 97.5). I have been swimming competitively for 11 years but after a highschool swim meet yesterday I got a slight fever and it went away in the morning but now it's back. I have another swim meet tomorrow but if I can't get my low grade fever of 99.1 down, would it make my fever worse or inflict me with new symptoms if I did compete tommorow?
