Hi I'm A 17 Year Girl And My Period Is

Hi I'm a 17 year girl and my period is late it starts at the end of every month or near the beginning of every month. I did start conditioning for dance the beginning of the month but stopped about a week ago. I tried to track it but the number of days it's apart from each other are different.
