Hi I'm A 17 Year Old Girl. Lately I Have

Hi I'm a 17 year old girl. Lately I have been having low grade fevers, night sweats, and sharp abdominal pain. Now the abdominal pain has been identified as my gall bladder. My main concern is the extreme joint pain I suddenly developed three days ago. I can hardly use my right hand because from my elbow to my wrist, it feels like the muscle just disappeared. Both my shoulders, knees and ankles are giving me immense pain too. Are they going to become as weak as my arm and what could be causing this?
