Hi, I'm A 17 Year Old Girl Who Got Her

Hi, I'm a 17 year old girl who got her wisdom teeth [all four] taken out on the 20th. The left side of my mouth seems to be healing fine, but the right side looks irritated, especially when I move my mouth. Is this just my teeth rubbing against the spot or is it infected or something? There's also white/yellow puffiness where the stitches should be, is this them just dissolving? Or is it pus?
