Hi, I'm A 19 Year Old Female Lastnight My Stomach

Hi, I'm a 19 year old female Lastnight my stomach had a Cramp in it, thinking I needed to use the bathroom I tried and I could not. I've rarely had a problem pooping like I can count how many times I've could not. But this morning I Wokeup and Pooped and it was a tan color and what looked like slim it also looked like strings of slim I watch monsters inside me so I'm freaking OUT its burning and I've used the bathroom 4 times since 11:00 pm PLEASEEE help
