Hi, I'm A 19 Year Old Male. I Got This

Hi, I'm a 19 year old male. I got this illness 2-3 days ago out of the blue. Basically my symptoms would be totally random ranging from sore throat to chills, I would go very hot and sweat a lot to freezing cold and have my heart pounding.

I went to my GP and they said its bronchitis and gave me penicillin however bronchitis has coughing and mucus with the coughs which I don't have. Right now I'm at normal temperature with a blocked nose and tender almost stinging feeling on my ribs when I touch them. When I move I get a chill down my back too.

Its a very strange illness and I don't know what it is, I'm wondering since there's mold and dust in my apartment if that's the cause.
