Hi I'm A 19 Year Old Male, In A Healthy

Hi I'm a 19 year old male, in a healthy weight range and physically active. For the first time before I noticed my stool was very dark and sticky, there was a tiny dab of blood on the paper. But no foul odour.i have also had normally timed bowel movements and no pain in the abdominal area.
