Hi, I'm A 20 Year Old Female Of Average Size

Hi, I'm a 20 year old female of average size and weight, and my liver enzymes are kind of going through the roof. I've gotten my blood drawn three times in the past month and a half, and my AST and ALT levels have gone from 140 and 180, to 180 and 287, to 230 and 350. Since the first blood test I've cut down dramatically on the amount of alcohol I've consumed, and since the second draw I haven't drank at all. I tested negative for all viruses (Mono, hep C, etc,) and I'm not feeling any kind of physical symptoms that usually accompany liver diseases. I'm getting my blood drawn again in two weeks, and my questions are A) can I drink one night this weekend without it affecting my draw in two weeks? and B) if I've been abstaining from alcohol, why are my enzyme levels still rising?
Thank you
