Hi I'm A 20 Year Old That Has Been Experiencing

Hi I'm a 20 year old that has been experiencing blood in stool from time to time. Should i be worried. Also i feel pain on my right back side, stomach and as well as my side. I have been experience this pain for about 6 weeks now. The pain has not been severe. Was wondering about the possibility as I'm starting to get worry about this.
