Hi I'm A 20 Year Old Women And I Have

Hi I'm a 20 year old women and I have a rash on my back, neck and also a itchy scalp. I've had itchiness of and on for a couple days. Plus my eyes are starting to annoy me too. I don't have an allergies not that I'm aware of. I do however have family who have allergies of food and ect. plus I have very sensitive skin. I do take medication but I have been taking it for almost a year.
