Hi I'm A 21 Year Old Male I Got A

Hi I'm a 21 year old male I got a blood test done and my bilirubin is 1.18 on a scale of .20-1.00 and my AST levels are 59 on a scale of 15-37. Should I be worried? Are there steps I can take to lower these levels? I had an ultrasound of my liver, gallbladder, pancreas, and spleen done and the technician said it was an "unremarkable abdominal ultrasound. no evidence of cholelithiasis or biliary ductal dilation can be seen"
