Hi, I'm a 21 year old male.
When I was 17 both my left testicle was injured during MMA training. It wasn't until a few days later that I noticed my seemen was thinner and I started to feel pain all the way up to my abdomen. I thought that these symptoms were going to vanish in a few weeks, but they never did.
Some weeks later I started to feel weaker and my hair was getting thinner. I thought that it was nothing special. But after two months my testicles started to decrease in size and my hair was getting twice as thin and "lifeless" than it was before. My sex drive was decreasing too and I began to feel more sleepy everyday. The beard and body hair was also decreasing and became thinner. My body also became less muscular, and more fat and weight was added to it for no reason.
I went to the doctor after this and they scanned the testicles with ultrasound and checked my testo through blood samples. The doctors said everything was fine and that i shouldn't worry.
Here I am now 4 years later and things have just gotten worse. I have not developed anything in my facial features or body (people mistake me for being 4-5 years younger than I am). I have not gained any height, though I probably would have become at least 2 inches taller (based on height gains the previous year and my doctors expectations). My beard, body hair and hair on the head are now even thinner than before. My eyebrows are also starting to vanish now and I have bald patches on them. The pubic hair is vanishing too. The mood, social skills and physical fitness is pretty bad too.
Is there something I can do about this now, or is it to late?
