Hi I'm A 21 Yr Old Male, I Had Unprotected

Hi I'm a 21 yr old male, I had unprotected sex about a mth ago. It was my first time. However I have itch near the opening of the urethra and along the urethra as well. I nvr had any sort of discharge but I've always been squeezing to check. Today morning while squeezing there was a little liquid that seemed white that came out, however as the vol of the discharge was so little I couldn't determine accurately. What could this mean?
