Hi I'm a 22 year old female...weight is around 98. Yesterday I started taking some protein whey...the morning after the gland on the left side of my neck was swollen and I had a painful dull pain everytime I swallowed...but it happened before to both sides without me taking the protein shake. Could the protein shake cause the swollen glands?
