Hi, I'm A 22y/o Male Who Had Unprotected Vaginal Sex

Hi, I'm a 22y/o male who had unprotected vaginal sex with a woman and have 2 tiny red dots on the underside of my penis head. Could this be from friction of masterbation, or a cause of concern? I went to my physician today and she did a visual screen of my penis and genitals. Any ideas? My guess is that I just worry about the sex with the woman having the worst outcome so I'm always checking for new things
