Hi Im A 23 Year Old Woman And I Have

Hi Im a 23 year old woman and i have been diagnosed with polycystic ovaries and for the pass year i have not gotten my periods . In the last month i have been bleeding day in and day out but about only one tablespoon of blood a day and now Im worried I have no family to help me and I losed my job with the recession so I cant pay a gynacologist can u tell me what may be my problem
