Hi. I'm A 24 Year Old Male And Something Kind

Hi. I'm a 24 year old male and something kind of scary happened to me today, health wise. So all of a sudden at work while sitting down I felt a sharp pain around my entire abdominal area. Not to just one side or the other but pretty much all over. Basically where my bladder is. It went away but then came back a little later then went away again. Then I ate lunch and after I finished eating I felt it again. This time however I felt chills and was sweating and felt slightly dizzy. I sat down and it went away within a couple of minutes. The rest of the day I felt absolutely fine and it never happened again. What happened? Thanks.
