Hi I'm A 25 Year Old Female With Cramping Problems

Hi I'm a 25 year old female with cramping problems in lower abdomen above pubic hair line. My peirods have been regular and I'm not suppose to get it for another 2 weeks, I can't stand up straight with out pain, its a constant pain and come on very quickly. Any clue as to what it may be ? Or what I can do?
