Hi I'm A 26 Year Old Female With Swelling Under

Hi I'm a 26 year old female with swelling under left breast with sharp pain inside rib cage in that area for aa few months. Pain goes and come but haas been more presistant over last 2 days. Swelling has just started 2 days now.... Should I be concerned? I was diagnosed with familial adenomaous polyposis and advised a total proctolectomy... Could this be related?
