Hi, I'm A 28yr Old Female. I Had A Biopsy

Hi, I'm a 28yr old female. I had a biopsy done about 2 months ago on left breast for a lump on breast. Results came in as a benign lump. So now for two weeks I've been feeling this bruise like pain on left ribs. Nothing on skin, no rash, no discoloration, no lumps. I've been putting bengay on the pain but it doesn't help, the pain is still there. It only hurts when I touch it and when I lift my arm to reach high. Yesterday I noticed when I lift my arm a vein pops out so I touched the vein and that's where the pain is when I touch the vein. It looks like a pretty thick vein. It also runs very long. I haven't made an appointment with my dr. Should I? Is this a concern enough to get treated or will it just go away?
