Hi, I'm A 30 Year Old Female. I'm Experiencing Pain

Hi, I'm a 30 year old female. I'm experiencing pain in my very low back, butt, and sometimes radiates a bit to my right side lower back. It becomes severe pain and at that point I cannot lift my leg to walk. When it gets that bad I drag my leg if I must walk. I'm in pain when I sleep, walk, sit, stand. I've been taking ibuprofen and propping with pillows. Please please help with advise to get me through this weekend. Thanks so much, D Meneely
