Hi I'm A 30 Yr Old Male With No Prior

Hi I'm a 30 yr old male with no prior serious health issues. I have been having alot of shortness of breath, a very extreme dry cough, and mild left chest/sternum pain. The pain comes and goes. It is non existent in the mornings.

Have also had some neck stiffness and tingling/pain in both arms, but mainly left arm and fingertips. I did have an EKG done 4 months ago when I was having similar issues and everything looked great they said. Sometimes I feel full and tend to burp alot. Any ideas? Thank you.
