Hi I'm A 31 Year Old Male With No Medical

Hi I'm a 31 year old male with no medical history or problems. Currently I have had right testiclular pain x 2 days, the pain is at the top of the testicle. There is no swelling or foreign masses. No trauma. Pain started at night while sleeping. It has gotten gradually worse. No problems urinating. Pain scale is low and it is more of a discomfort in different positions. Also it is sensitive to the touch or any pressure put on or around the top of the testicle.
