Hi I'm A 31yr Old Female. I Have Fibromyalgia And

Hi I'm a 31yr old female. I have fibromyalgia and I'm taking tramadol on a daily bases...but for a few months I have been experiencing heart palpitations, chest pain and my heart does a hard rhythm and I even feel it up in my throat. My heart sometimes hurts when it does a hard rhythm. I went to the hospital once they said it was just anxiety. They said the chest xray was fine and I had a normal rhythm....but I think it might be more serious they just missed something....it is very annoying, scary and causing my anxiety to be worst....I experience these symptoms almost everyday. What should I do?
