Hi I'm A 32 Year Old Male. I'm About 5ft

Hi I'm a 32 year old male. I'm about 5ft 8inches 158lbs with no history of any serious illness or psychological conditions. I have been prescribed to Adderall for the last 10 years and lately it seems that unless I take my adderall I have absolutely no energy or motivation. Sometimes even when I do take my adderall I feel exhausted with no motivation. Maybe it doesn't have anything to do with my adderall prescription could it be something else such as low testosterone etc?
