Hi. I'm A 33 Year Old Female Who Has Been

Hi. I'm a 33 year old female who has been abusing amphetamines heavily for the last 3 years. When I say heavily, I'm literally referring to a dose of 450mil a day of Adderall. That's how bad it is! I am currently seeking treatment now but have come across some physical symptoms that I just can't ignore and that I fear may be related to a serious health problem resulting from the years of amphetamine abuse. I don't know if all my symptoms are related or not, but I just wanted to list them all for you in case they point to a bigger problem or need to be looked at sooner than later.

1) My biggest concern is the swelling of my legs, ankles and feet. This just started about a week ago but seems to be getting worse every day. Along with the swelling is extreme pressure and the feeling that my foot is going to pop like a balloon!

2) Terrible muscle paid mostly in my neck and back

3) I only pee like twice a day and it's usually vey dark almost brown looking

4) Severe constipation that only produces a bowel movement like twice a week and when I do I don't release much. Also have continuos blood in my stool

5) Severe stomach bloating and weight gain despite the fact that I don't eat much

6) Several pimples (I have no history of Acne) that don't heal and itch covered with a with a yellow scab

7) Severe memory problems and confusion

8) Frequent reoccurring swollen lymph nodes in my throat

9) Shortness of breath and shallow breathing

10) Recent issue with huge painful cancer sores on my tongue

11) Dermatitis like skin rashes that itch like crazy

12) Extreem Fatigue and exhaustion

13) Recurring headaches

I should also mention that despite abusing amphetamines, I actually have no energy....ever! I live a very sedentary life and can often be found immobile in the same sitting position for 12 or more hours. When I run out of Adderall early I sleep for a week or more straight. When I have Adderall I live in almost a psychosis and things like nutrition and personal hygiene are not priorities as they should be. My mom is concerned with Kidney or Liver damage based on my symptoms, but I wanted the opinion of a medical professional. Any ideas of what this could be? Any help or advice you can give is greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much.
