Hi I'm a 35 yr old female I smoke and about a week or two ago I noticed a small hard lump on the left side of my soft palate I have a few bad cavities I need to have taken care of. The lump is not painful and it feels like it's starting to get smaller...should I be worried about mouth cancer?
