Hi I'm A 37 Yr Old Female. Last Week (Wednesday-Friday)

Hi I'm a 37 yr old female. Last week (Wednesday-Friday) I had what I thought was a flu bug, but it was only accompanied by a nauseous stomach. No fever or chills, etc. I felt better by the weekend and then on Tuesday evening I had an intense rush of nauseous that almost knocked me to my feet with a trip to the toilet to throw up. Wednesday I was nauseous all day and woke up in the middle of the night with intense gas that kept me up most of the night (I deal with this frequently and take OTC gas pills that usually do the trick).Today I'm feeling somewhat better but still not 100%. I want to also mention that I have had some cramping and more than usual clear discharge from my vagina and also tender breasts. I am not on birth control as my partner and I would be thrilled to be blessed with one more baby and haven't been since last October when I was on Depo. My periods had regulated but what had been just at the beginning of the month normal period but this past month I had another smaller "period" with 2 days of bleeding and then a 3rd day of spotting. I just want to have an answer and feel better
